Ask the office

You should ask the office if they have copies of the prayers that are used (probably the Hail Mary, the Our Father and the blessing before meals) and put them on the desk in front of you when you are about to pray so that you can look at them. Catholics begin and end each prayer by making the sign of the cross. Touch your index finger and middle to your forehead, breastbone, left shoulder and right shoulder. Then you fold your hands and begin the prayer. I hope this helps.
