I didn't even begin to go to college until I was 28! I began my MA program when I was 36. The only thing that suffered from my late "blooming" is my pay check....I could be making a whole lot more money if I had done things the conventional way...but would I be as happy????

It sounds like you have the majority of your priorities in line...maybe you could check out a summer class? It wouldn't be so bad taking one class in the summer...babysitting should be easier when the kids are on vacation and you wouldn't feel such pressure.
