Sub Vents

All jobs have their difficulties, and nothing is easy. Subbing is perhaps the most difficult situational stressful thing that anyone will have to do. On the positive side, over time students and teachers do come to value seeing a familiar face who can come in keep the lesson plan going, and create a positive environment. We also become good at reading people and reacting too tough situations.
Press on with pride, you should all be proud of the impact you are making on our nation's youth.
