I haven't either but I had an observer and had to fill out an eval. I wasn't comfortable because I didn't think she was ready but she still had two years of college to go. You could always agree to the letter and write strengths and weaknesses. I guess if you can find a strength. This lets administrators at least see the weaknesses and make their own decision.
