Thank you for the info. We just completed assessments on most of our school system(the 2 largest schools) using a team composed of classroom teachers. I was away from my kiddos for two days and do not feel it was fair to them. I now need something to help me convince the powers that be to change the composition of this testing committee. My students were tested after being with a substitute for 2 days and I really feel they were shortchanged! We also got a mandate from our state superintendent to have everybody up to benchmark by May.....or make an appointment to review our certification!
