I play a game with my kids where one person comes to the front of the room and I tape a vocab word on his/her back. They turn to show the class. The class can give the student 5 clues to guess the word but the clues cannot include any part of the definition or the vocab word. My students really love this. You can give points or just play for the fun of it.
