What a bummer! This does not sound like a school any teacher would want to work at. Perhaps some contact with your union. School board?If you do leave, I would definitely include it in your resume. Experience is experience. When asked why you left, just say you were looking for a job where you could become the effective teacher you've always wanted to be.
