Good luck tomorrow!! I would ask how the schedule is set up for resource room. Are there size limit restrictions for students. Sorry I'm not much help with the questions but I didn't interview for this position but another
one and ended up with this position.
There is just no way that you can service this boy with 6 other kids. See if you can change the schedule to see this boy in a smaller group or alone. What grade is he in? Talk to the general ed. teachers to group these students more effectivly. I can't imagine seeing 3 grades at once. My school has a resource room teacher for each grade level. This

way we are only seeing the grade level we teach. We are also the inclusion teachers for 2 general ed classes, so out schedule is still very crazy.
