YUK YUK YUK! I would think that this is a violation of safety laws. Feces can make others in your room sick. Nor should you be the one cleaning it up. There are most likely laws dictating removal and clean up as well.

If this is not a medical issue this child needs mental help and should not be in the classroom. I would talk to the principal, social worker, nurse, anyone who could help. This behavior is not normal and could be very dangerous. If my child was in this class I would be calling everyone and demanding that the child be removed for the safety of my child.
