I am so sorry

I am so sorry this is happening to you. I though there were procedures that had to take place like an improvement plan. I am sure you will get another job. I would ask people close to you to write recommendations and take
a workshop on behavior management. Even if you know its not your fault it will appear that you are working to improve yourself. Sub if you have to at a school and get their principal to observe you and get a reccomendation from you. Tell your students that you have to take time off for personal reasons. Give them each a special unique message from you with a picture of you or a special

gift. Its hard to say what to do. I thought that you could still keep your job if you fought for it or went to the union. Again I am so sorry to hear this, it breaks my heart.
