she knows she lacks management skills. Does she have any plan to deal with this? You could just say,"So-and-so needs to work on classroom management and she recognizes her weaknesses in this area and plans to work on this." Classroom management was also difficult for me while I was student teaching-I just felt so caught up in planning and prepping. However, now that I am teaching, I am much better. It's just so different with your own classroom. Definitely state any positives - organization, promptness, neat appearance, good staff relations - and also the negatives. Don't woryy - she knows she's not perfect and should respect and value your opinion as an experienced teacher.
