what a thing to advocate for

You do know that children who are spanked are more aggressive towards peers and siblings. And that many of the people in prison, were actually spanked (many severely) as children. So, in reality, it only serves to increase aggressive behavior. I think when you get to the point that you are not effective unless you're swatting at children, it's time to move on to another profession.
