Good for you, I wish it was legal in my state. We as a society have let the feel good about yourself at the expence of everyone else, crowd ruin discipline at our schools. Todays kids know there is nothing we can do to them as a punishment. We allow these few children to disrupt the learning enviroment for the rest of the class. I am a parent and I would not be offended if my kids needed to be swatted for defiance. Do not feel guilty about restoring order in your room.
