I have never heard of this in a public school. I would say that it is none of their darn business who you choose to date. Who are these parents to judge you? If I were you I would contact your state's labor board or a lawyer who specializes in employment law and find out if they can possibly do this to you. I work in a private religious school where the rules are different but I can't imagine that the administration in a public school can make a decision regarding your employment based on who you date.
