most subs are dedicated and do earn their pay and just because you asked for some help and don't want to be working more hours which ends up averaging much less per hour does not mean you're lazy. The person who said she hopes you're never her childs teacher SOUNDS very judgmental. I have subbed places and ended up doing a lot extra and I don't mind but there does come a point where one has to draw a line. I understand, and I think you just wanted advice. Giving some real, helpful advice would be a lot more constructive than angry people lashing out at you. If this isn't the right assignment for you, don't take it. I believe something else will come along! Good luck.
