Easy to find a job in NJ if you are willing to work in an urban area. If you're looking for a suburban job, may be a little more difficult. what part of the state are you planning to move to? Salaries also vary greatly depending on the area. Salaries in Northern NJ start in the low 40's, and I know some places in South Jersey start in the low 30's.
