I agree but...

When students are older in grades 5 and upwards then they should be in a program to help them learn to overcome whatever obstacles have been put in their way.

But when children are younger they do not have the ability to
see into the future and to realize the consequences of their actions and behaviours. All they know is what happens when they go home and what happens when they go to school and they are trying to survive.

I don't think we as educators should have to put up with extremely negative behaviour and other students should not as well. However we shouldn't be willing to just put the child

on the curb and hope either someone deals with him or locks him away. That's not the answer either. Unfortunately schools are not equipped to deal with such children and our governments do not always have the resources in place either and so yes children like this most likely will end up in jail or dead which to me is a sad commentary on our world today.
