Don't leave teaching! Think about a transfer to another school or district! Maybe private school!
Don't let them take your dream away. I have that problem and I am leaving in June. I will not allow admin to steal my dream because they are idiots. Rise above it. Start applying now to districts even though it is early. Networking is the key as well.Good Luck.
