Sounds like it is handled fine for now

I wouldn't go after the restraining order based on what you have just posted. The child has been moved to another school so chances are the parent will not come after you.

From the sounds of things this parent probably flies off the handle for many things and moving her child is her way of dealing with the problem. Now she will have someone new to get angry with and then she'll probably move to another school and so on.

When you read posts like this it sure is a reminder on how important documentation is and to keep records or copies of everything you can.
