we have automated sub calling...so you just call the computer and he does the work....he has a male name! But subs always refuse to come into my classroom because I am special ed. we have several good regular subs in our school and every single one of them will NOT come into my room. My kids are darling, no behavior problems at all, but are self contained and therefore subs are afraid to come in. I always get the bottom of the barrel and it is disheartening to say the least.
