This is just so awful ... I despise parents who do this!!!!!!! It's so low and so pathetic. Someone should tell these parents exactly that. If your principal is supporting you, and hopefully s/he is, all you can do is brush it off and make super sure in the future you never ever call anyone a name (and I'm sure you didn't in the first place). It is odd that the principal didn't tell you who the parent was. I have never dealt w/ that.
