Hula hoops

Our PE teacher uses these a lot, although I'm not sure he does them about personal space. Another idea would be to use something like scarves or bandanas and the kids have to hold onto them with their arms out straight and not let their bandanas be taken. Might be tough, but that's all I can think of right now.
