Student teaching

When I was a student teacher, my supervisor and I had a journal system. We used a spiral bound notebook to record all of our communication. By the end of the year we had an entire notebook full of notes to one another. Each lesson I taught was responded to in the journal. I would then respond to her comments. It worked extremely well. By the end of the year I had a notebook full of ideas.
