I feel sorry for you becos that stinks and you feel like "why do I bother?!" I know. But... may I suggest against the SPOOKED OUT other posters that you forget the restraining order? C'mon, this woman looks the fool, but don't go getting into red tape. I've had heated discussions with a bit of swearing and the Principal can follow this up, sure, but a R.O.??? nahhhh! Deal with a lousy situation and show the lady you're on top without inflaming the situation (possibly more). She lost it, yuck, how dumb, that sux, yada yada, but get on with it and rise above it for another day.
