principal needs to step up to the plate
By mariep

Clip to ScrapBook
If you're out on leave, no parent should be contacting you. The principal needs to deal with these parents. Let your answering machine pick up and do not return any parent phone calls. Call or email the principal and tell him to contact the parent and deal with anything that the parent is complaining about. If you pick up the phone tell the parent that you cannot discuss what is happening while you are on leave and that they need to contact the principal.

The sub needs to refer these parents to the principal.

The principal needs to get some backbone and deal with these parents.
