It sounds like we all work together! Goodness,
I have been going through the same thing and it
is more than frustrating. The problem I had when
I tried talking to administration they blamed it
on me. They said
it is because of my lack of
routines and procedures. Have you ever heard of
anything so stupid in your life? You can have
all the routines you want -some kids will not
follow them. On my observation/evualuation the
administrator wrote that I am unprofessional
and that parents complain about me. It is not
true they turned it around to make me look bad.
A couple of

these parents are the ones that their
kids threw a pencil at me. etc.
Personally, I would get out of inner city and
go to suburbs or Catholic school. I am counting
down the months until June. I have hope. Hugs to you. Hang in.
You could talk to admin if you think it would do any good -for me it was like talking to a wall.
