Calm Down. No one said anyone didn't love these children. It has nothing to do with that. Of course, I love children ALL children otherwise I wouldn't be in education!! You are missing the
boat! It is more frustration about administration.They want us to be mean to the children. I believe in being compassionate as well. Today, I had a wonderful celebration I have a parent that has been trying to get her child some help and has not been able to for the past 2 -3 years. I was able to get her daughter tested and now she qualifies for special services. I have also changed around many of the children's

problems as well. I don't dislike or disrespect the children. It is the administration that doesn't respect their teachers. I think you are misunderstanding the whole point. I will be praying for you too. Let's hope you don't get pink slipped!
