movement

Clip to ScrapBook
Yes I do use movement but maybe not enough. I quickly learned that 15 minutes was to long for them to sit and do an activity with me so I have shortened my lessons to 10 minutes and am still having problems. I try to do finger plays, songs, and other things to get them moving but still they are so restless and anzy. Maybe I just need to continue to enforce the sitting for 10 minutes and pull my hair out for awhile. I mean I think 10 minutes is a reasonable amount of time for them to sit and listen to a story or read a story with me.
