It is always fun and easy to have the kids trace their hands on green paper, cut them out and make a large Christmas Tree from the hands. Them you could make ornaments to put on the tree.
You can also make snowmen out of fat popsicle sticks. Paint them white, add a face and hat. Use felt or material to tie around it's neck for a scarf and then glue a piece of ribbon loop on the back to hang it up.
