Thank you so much for all that information. Our Dept of Ed. wrote the grant because all districts in the Virgin Islands will be designated RF schools eventually( this year only six were selected to receive funds). I will try to get a copy of the grant. My teachers are very resistent to the whole idea of a literacy coach and this is where alot of my frustration is. How did the teachers at your school react? Do to have a lot of older teachers?
