that Kerry posted. I found very few actual consequences and lots of ads. Am I looking in the wrong place, Kerry? I did see the part about talking to the students about their options, etc. etc. With my students, that would be a reward. Perhaps it's their age. They would LOVE to spend the extra time talking to me. I do give my students other options, but in a very clear, no-nonsense, straightforward manner: "Next time, tell the teacher who is on supervision instead of pushing ___ off the slide", etc. I used to want to talk, talk, talk, but it just does not get the same results with me. Like I said, maybe it is more of a reward. Probably depends on the person and the grade level.
