I agree with the above poster. You don't want to take a job as a TA, and then have them pass you over for a teaching position because they want to keep you as a TA. Then again, the experience would look good -- even if that district doesn't hire you full-time, you might have a chance in other districts for a full-time position. Good luck with your decision.
