Didn't you know? VP's don't make mistakes, they just have the wrong people. I would change my stance to being helpful and eager (fake it blah!) to make team teaching work out, and let the other teacher look like the "problem". This way you both don't get non-renewed, just her.On a side note, during the summer when they interview people to replace the other teacher, you might want to ask if they will let you sit in on the campus committee so you could help them find someone who does "work and play well with others."
