harder!

This is my 7th year teaching. I have found that each year is different, so I am always trying out new behavior plans and things that worked last year never work this year. Also, in 7 years, each year there is more paperwork, documentation, meetings, etc. I cannot keep up and am very frustrated. I love my kids, but they never shut up, and are very disrespectful. They completely wear me out. So my answer to the question would be, no, it doesn't get easier.
