christmas around the world
By lisa arias

Clip to ScrapBook
We have 10 kindergarten classes in our school, so our students actually go around the world!
Here is our plan:
Each teacher picks a country and activity that will be complete in 25 minutes. A supply list is circulated
to all teachers and they must provide enough materials for their students. Example: My country is Mexico, so I am asking all teachers to provide the materials I need in advance, so that I can prep everthing needed for the activity. In return, I will provide materials for my class to complete the activities planned in the other teacher's countries.

Because our school is so large,

our rotation will take 5 days and each day, students will rotate to two countries. The teacher stays in her class and teaches the same activity again and again as the rotation happens. We have planned for parents to walk the classes threw the rotation.

All students will receive a passport with the countries listed, and they will receive a stamp when the have visited each "country." We use the extra school pictures for the front of the passport to make them look real.

Once we have determined the actvities and countries, let me know if you need them.
Lisa
