Rest Time By Ronalee

I don't have a rest time where they lie down on mats -- but I do have a 30 minute time period
where I show educational videos or read stories. Once in awhile a child will fall asleep, but I let them as I figure they need their rest. There are many great inexpensive educational videos -- around $19.99 apiece. I refuse to buy 30 minute videos for $39.99. Check Kimbo catalogs for some good ones.
