HR people

You said to make friends with the HR resource people. I that it is important to do that, but in CyFair will you be hired if you don't know the HR people. I go to college in Houston and my college only does methods and student teaching in Houston ISD, so there's no way to get to know people in CyFair ISD until I start applying for jobs during my student teaching semester.
