How to get out of your contract.
By Wailing in WA

Clip to ScrapBook
First of all, I am sorry to hear of the trouble you are experiencing. It is not right.
Review your contract and/or talk to a union rep.
You may be able to get out of your contract with a doctor's letter. Your doctor
can state that you are no longer unable to perform your duties due to medical reasons. Stress related illnesses and depression are very real and very serious. I know, because I am also experiencing that. My issues are different but are but are affecting my health. My doctor says he will write the letter. I want to get out now, but being the main breadwinner for my family I have to think
twice. My husband wants me to stick it out, but June is a long ways away! Not sure what I'll do, but I am definately checking out my options. Good luck to both of us and anyone else in a similiar dilemna.
