You are right, there is not enough money to spend on inexpeirenced teachers fresh from the University, but I disagree with you when you say that there is "usually no benefit to cooperating teachers." What a horrible thing to say! Even if it is true in your mind or your colleagues', I can't believe you would feel the need to "tell it like it is" to us student-teachers who work hard every day in and outside of the classroom. These are just people looking to vent about the frustrations they experience during STT...we all go through it, right? You can relate, can't you Connie?
