you said this came from your ap. what about your principal? where does he/she fit into this? it seems to go from ap to superintendent. maybe your ap is getting nervous because the super is coming. i really don't know. then again some women principals think they have to prove themselves and are harder to work for. anyway, if i knew what a flow of the day was, maybe i would understand more. anyhow, i hope it works out for you.
