Sleep/Relaxation of Some Type
By Gail (GM)

Clip to ScrapBook
Yes, sleep is one of the key factors to maintaining your health. Also, relaxation is crucial to your overall health, as well. Several times a day, check if your body is tense or relaxed. If tense, allow yourself to loosen your hold on your muscles. Breathe..............

It might sound like advice from Pollyanna. However, I am a true advocate of relaxation techniques, which ever ones work for people. I have been seriously practicing yoga for over two years now. I can tell a big difference in myself. I now can easily catch myself being very tense and know how to quickly let it all go. Before yoga, I wasn't even aware how tense of a person I "was."
