It sounds like you and I are going through the same thing! Are you with the KCMO school district?
I am being harrassed too and getting ready to file an EEOC claim with the state. The problem is proving it. If I were you I WOULD not give up teaching. Think about Catholic school or a private school. Of course, there is always a district in the suburbs. I would never do urban again. I am with you - I understand.
