I did hear about this rumor. I heard about it on tv. This district tries everything possible to look good but doesn't do this right thing to be good. The balanced literacy program has not worked in 6 years. The map scores
are still not where they should be. You would think it would tell the district something! Money is wasted on so many things. All the children get free breakfast, free lunch, free uniforms. Even those who don't need it! It is all about money instead of the children. They dislike whenever a child is
absent because they loose money from the state. I am so miserable. The administration

acts like the teacher's don't know what they are doing unless it is done their way. This is not what we learned in college. Since way is there one way to teach?
Balanced literacy has not worked in 6 years, the map scores are still not where they should be. You would think this district would finally get the hint!! I am doing everything I can to get out of this district. It needs to be busted up and be state run! Everyone knows what a poor reputation it has. I am not proud to be apart of this district. I can't wait until June!
