The first few years that you teach is very stressful and busy. I remember feeling like it was the first day I had ever taught the first couple years of teaching. As you gain more experience and feel more comfortable with your students, and fellow teachers it will get easier, but never easy. Teaching has too many challenges to be easy. Give it a few years, as you gain experience you will feel more comfortable.
