Puppets (you can get scripts online)
Reading games on CD for your computer
whisper phones (you can make your own for a little of nothing out of PVC pipe)
easel for big books
dry erase boards (can get the wipe off boards at Lowe's--they will even cut them to size)
vocabulary games
stopwatch (for fluency check)
poetry books
pointers, glasses, clipboards (for Read and Write the Room)


This is a good start. I will keep thinking about all that I have.
