Rewards By Something Simple

Okay, here is something simple to do with the class that is quite managable. I have my students in groups. Each group gets a dixie cup. While they are working and I am teaching groups that are attentive talking quietly working hard get a token, after an a time period, I do a week, the group with the most get a reward, candy, homework pass...
The cups are easy to pick up at the end of the class and pass out. One rule, if they drop one the floor or play or too talkative, they have to give me a token....
Works well, I have a totally different class now.
