Clever!
By Luci

Clip to ScrapBook
This sounds like one clever, manipulative little brat. In our school district, if a student is "interferring with the rights of others' learning and the teacher's right to teach," he/she can be removed from the class permanently. Every school should have a Student Review Committee. If not, check with your union.I believe you can also petition the school board.

Remember, you are the boss in that room - not him. Good luck. I hope he gets thrown out...far, far away!
