i went back and reread the posts. the first poster was venting how she felt. there was no name calling or ugliness that i see. if someone else sees it differently, please point that out to me, maybe i am missing something.
we all have the right to vent and state our views but we don't have to run someone else down because they don't believe what someone else does. the ugliness started when the second poster say "i am glad that i don't work with you". that was aimed back directly at that person (someone that just was venting a frustration). i wasn't sure why he/she wouldn't want to work with that person,

because they posted a vent on the vent board? not really sure about that one. then it seem to get ugly on and off aimed at people just stating what they feel.

for confused, maybe naive: i don't get it either. if someone mentions God and states their views that is when it draws ugliness from other posters. why are they so freaked out about God? are they afraid of something? i am not implying ANYTHING here, just truly trying to understand the situation, so please NO bashing. it is NOT productive!
