Just wondering...
By Silly Sally

Clip to ScrapBook
I don't mean to play dumb but I have a question for NBC people. I have a partner that has had a HORRIBLE first few months. She has been a teacher for 10+ years in another district. She is new, has HORRIBLE classroom management,
does not follow the curriculum, is very cold to the students, has 0 personality when it comes to conversing with adults, etc. Anyways, she passed the National Boards on Friday. I was shocked!!!!!
I know it is a lot of hard work, and I am NOT saying it was easy. I think it is quite an accomplishment , so Congratulations!

But, I was wondering what exactly you are tested on?

It was hard for me to comprehend how she passed, when all I have seen the past few months is her struggling to get the students attention, stay consistent, work with her fellow staff, etc. I have tried to help her and talk to her, but she is very "set in her ways". She refuses to work with anyone and has a hard time working in a teaming situation.
Help!
