Hi, I have a similar student this year, who just seems to suck you dry. He's not BAD, just busy and attention seeking. What I finally started doing is writing names on the board for GOOD things. The kids who get their name on the board get an award to take home. The kiddo who used to drive me nuts, is now trying to get his name on the board for positive things...it also foces me t o see the positive behavior and not dwell on the negative/
